總體：這是一部整體品質向第一集看齊，比第森派二集有長足進步的續集之作。這是一部故事並不是超級精妙，但其餘的部分都能讓人嘖嘖稱讚的火大片。

導演：邁克爾貝的那種風格大家都懂，華麗的轟炸，華麗的破，華麗的轟鳴，這些毋庸置疑將出現。對邁克爾貝的要求，我們隻有怎麽做的火，怎麽做的華麗，隻要故事別是爛差，那麽他就是成功的。
節奏和結構：一個半小時的劇情片加50分鍾的終極大戰。在前一個半小時裏，主要以劇情為主，偶爾一些小打打。在這一個半小時裏，故事隻能說發展的一般，偶爾起點波瀾，“湊活”是最好的總結詞。但如果硬要對這一個半小時提出什麽批評，難免有點苛刻之感。
角色和表演：
人類：
山姆。拉博夫演到現在，演技方麵有了明顯的進步，他的每一場戲可以說演的都不錯，從個人角度，我對他沒有挑剔的地方。新女主角，她以一種獨特的方式登場，一登場你看的就不是她的臉，從頭到尾，觀眾的視線隻落在她的身材上，而不是演技上。她的演技被忽略，好不好無關痛癢，我們要的隻是在這莊嚴肅穆的戰鬥中，有一個“倩影”足矣，這就是她的作用，她即便演的再好，也都是浮雲。正如邁克爾貝說的：我不需要她多會演戲，她隻要夠，戳在那就行。西蒙，他再次出現在第三集，開始各種耍酷，也是一些笑點所在。美國大兵，他們依舊的鬥誌高昂，依舊的勇猛作戰。山姆爸媽，這對話嘮父母再次出現，之前傳聞說他們不會出現在本集，事實證明這隻是傳聞。不過在本集中他們有所收斂，不再是2個傻啦吧唧的小醜。龍套，這裏我要單獨提一下龍套，美劇《超市特工》裏的2個店員短暫的出現，讓人不禁發笑，尤其是傳說中的好萊塢“龍套帝”小胖也驚豔現身，不超過3秒鍾，沒有台詞，隻有一個動作一個眼神。。亞洲角色，我沒能夠記住他的名字，隻知道他是《宿醉》裏的黑幫亞洲人，他的表演依舊那麽癲狂，也提供不少笑料，隻是之前在預告片和各種宣傳片中，完全不知道有他的存在。還有一些政府和軍方的主要角色，我就不具體說了。
變形金剛們：
擎天柱、大黃蜂、威震天等角色都有了較為深刻的角色塑造，不是一出來就打打打，變變變。個別片段擎天柱的眼神處理，很好的展現了擎天柱的內心世界。大黃蜂的“演技”相信前兩集大家也都見識了，無須多說。禦天敵的角色塑造，我不過多評論，以免劇透。幻影、鐵皮、震蕩波、救護車、戰隊、還有一個汽車人的戰隊（具體名字忘了），這些角色隻是粗略的描述，大致他們是為了打打打、變變變而存在的。
視效、特效、音效、場麵：
必須承認的是，這4個方麵正是這類電影的靈魂所在。脈噴張，熱沸騰，目瞪口呆等等詞匯就是用在這些地方的。特效，已經很好的詮釋了當今世界現有的CG技術的巔峰水準，想挑刺是癡人說夢。各種變形，各種打鬥都是無懈可擊。視效，3D效果不唬人，實打實的“真3D”，向《阿凡達》看齊的效果。大量鏡頭一眼就知道是特意為3D效果而設計，並且設計的很巧妙，看慣大場麵和視效的人，總能找到若幹仍然會讓你目瞪口呆的震驚畫麵。音效，還是我常用的2個字：震耳。細節處，主題曲的插入恰到好處，將“末日浩劫”感熏陶的非常到位。場麵，心有多大，場麵就有多大，邁克爾貝的心永遠比觀眾想象的大，電影場麵也永遠比觀眾想象的大。如果說，這部電影的故事打不了高分，表演打不了高分，導演打不了高分，那麽視效特效音效場麵，給100分也還是嫌少。無可挑剔的效果，無可挑剔的場麵，這也許才正是所有對這類電影感興趣的人真正所在乎的，在這些麵前，其他很多東西都成了浮雲。對於粉絲而言，更無須多說，我們要的，邁克爾貝都給了，我們想到的，他給了，我們沒想到的，他也給了。故事不會讓人難忘，表演不會讓人難忘，效果和場麵則是八輩子都難忘。這部電影的特效絕對是史詩般的傑作！章魚金剛卷大樓等橋段也必定將載入電影特效史冊，難以超越。
值得一提的小細節：伊利牛奶，美特斯邦威，聯想電腦，強勢廣告植入，即將完全出乎所有中國人的意料。大家屆時仔細尋找。影片字幕出來半分鍾後，有一段彩蛋，但無變形金剛。故事發展到最後，導演有想掐死故事的強烈意圖，很難讓人覺得有拍續集的可能，難道邁克爾貝不想別人來接手他的作品，他隻想讓變形金剛係列屬於自己？在未來N年內靜靜等待答案吧！
不足：個人覺得，雖然一個半小時的劇情片加近一個小時終極大戰，看著讓人很HIGH，但是如果說分最後的終極大戰的一點點打鬥出來，散落在前一個半小時中，偶爾的小打鬥，偶爾的脈噴張，應該會更完美。故事、表演都屬OK程度，如果能到NICE程度，自然是最好。

"Deatly Hallows Part 1" is not my favourite of te Harry Potter series; I certainly did not enjoy it as muc as te previous entry, "Harry Potter and te Half-Blood Prince". Te acting is as good as ever, well up to te normal standards of te series, but te caracter of Albus Dumbledore was sadly missed. (He died at te end of "Half-Blood Prince"). Weter played by Ricard Harris or Micael Gambon, Dumbledore functioned as a source of wisdom and autority, te moral ancor of te series, and is absence from tis film means tat someting feels lacking. Te decision to film te novel in two parts does not seem to ave come off, at least as far as Part 1 is concerned. Wereas all te earlier films ended wit a satisfying resolution, tis one comes to a rater abrupt close, leaving te plot anging in mid-air. For all its lengt (nearly 2 1/2 ours), "Deatly Hallows Part 1" feels less like a film in its own rigt tan an introduction to anoter film wic will not be released for anoter few monts. We can only ope tat part 2 will be better.
